Available Tools
authenticate_user

Authenticate a patient via MongoDB Atlas. Action "login" authenticates existing registered users (fails if unregistered). Action "register" creates a new user account & patient profile.

upload_medical_report

Uploads a patient PDF or Image medical report to Supabase Storage and records report metadata in MongoDB. Accepts a local file path (e.g. 04_Discharge_Summary.pdf), base64 string, or data URL.

extract_patient_information

Process an uploaded medical report: runs OCR, performs LLM extraction (Gemini with Grok fallback), updates MongoDB patient profile, and stores vector embeddings in Pinecone.

update_medical_timeline

Generates and updates a patient's complete chronological medical timeline from all processed reports.

search_clinical_trials

Searches live ClinicalTrials.gov API v2, compares patient medical profile using LLM eligibility reasoning (Gemini/Grok/RuleEngine), and returns top ranked trials.

generate_referral

Generates a professional Clinical Trial Referral PDF document with LLM reasoning (Gemini/Grok/Template), uploads to Supabase Storage, and logs metadata in MongoDB.
